Provides opportunities to enrich and complement the intellectual life of students, with a focus on students of color, first-generation and low-income students. The HEOP and CSTEP programs serve students who are residents of New York State.
Offers programs throughout the academic year and summers for students to get hands-on research experience and pursue an academic interest - STEM, 人文学科, or a combination - in a rigorous, 结构化的环境. Some programs must be applied for when applying to Barnard.

Assists students who would like to spend a semester or year at a foreign university, 学生 will experience other cultures and expand their knowledge of what it means to be a global citizen
Summer and Spring Break 教师-Led Trips
Provides students the opportunity to travel with faculty members to conduct research, perform and create learning opportunities
Allows students to combine an undergraduate liberal arts major at Barnard with a master’s degree at 哥伦比亚大学 in such areas as engineering, 公共卫生, and international and public affairs
Provides intensive advising and events to prepare students and alumnae for graduate and professional careers in such areas as medicine, 业务, 法律, Ph.D. programs, and health professions
Allows Barnard students who did not complete their degree and who have been out of school for five years or more to return to complete their degree
Julliard School and Manhattan School of Music
Allows students to take lessons at Manhattan School of Music or Juilliard in certain areas of study

Allows students to pursue a major course of study at Barnard and a specialized course of study at nearby 犹太神学院, culminating in two distinct bachelor degrees
